Terms & Conditions
Reservations are from Saturday 18.00 to Saturday 09.00 hrs.
Bookings within 8 weeks of the start of the holiday date must be paid in full.
Bookings within 7 days of the start of the holiday date must be checked by telephone (Pam Smith - +44 (0)7720 402 456).
Your reservation starts at 18.00h - sorry, but please do not arrive sooner as the gite will not be ready for you until then.
Rental is inclusive of bed linen and towels (but excludes cot blankets and linen), heating (including logs) and hot water.
A refundable security deposit of 150€ is payable to the owners’ concierge on arrival when you are provided with keys to the gite.
Sorry - This is a NO-SMOKING and NO PETS house.
Arrivals
“Les Vignes” is at 67 Rue St Etienne, 21340 Ivry-en-Montagne, Cote d’Or, Bourgogne, France (see the location plan below).
The concierge Diana Babey lives at the location shown on the location plan – also on Rue St Etienne - and should be contacted by telephone or e-mail prior to arrival to give your ETA so that she can be there to welcome you and show you the ropes.
Cleaning
Please remember that in France end-of-stay cleaning is considered to be the responsibility of the holidaymaker. Please leave the property as you find it or a deduction of 30€ will be made from your security deposit to cover cleaning.
Please advise Diana the time you expect to depart so that she can take back the keys and return your security deposit.
If you wish to order a final and/or mid-week clean please arrange and pay for this in cash (30€) at the time of your arrival.
Breakages
These are charged at the rates noted in the handbook in the Gite and subtracted from your security deposit.
